By accessing and using zelvante.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. Services
Zelvante provides software development, creative media, and growth marketing services. Specific terms for each engagement are defined in individual contracts.
3. Intellectual Property
Clients retain 100% ownership of all IP, code, assets, and data created during an engagement. This is included in every contract.
4. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We sign NDAs before any engagement begins and maintain strict access controls.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in individual contracts. Typically: monthly invoicing with Net-15 payment terms. Late payments may incur fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
Zelvante is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 3 months.
